Elk Hunting

Well I posted this last night but beginning this Wed. I am on a plane flying to the west coast for my annual Elk Hunt. So if any of you are wondering where I am from the 30th to the the 11th. I am up in the hills in Oregon. I will share pictures if I get one.

I am really hoping to see something this year even though general season where I am going is spike only I am taking my 35mm and a few roles of film -- I am leaving the phone, computer and anything techy at home

Thumbs up Great website and safe hunting to you.

Shaun:

Have fun. Be safe. Good luck. Come back.

P.S. Enjoyed viewing the sight you've posted. Great information for anyone hunting elk or deer even though the sight was set up for elk hunters. I learned several things about the different guns described as well as other hunting techniques.

My deer hunt is the weekend of Nov. 16th. I'll be using my Springfield 03A3 with open sights & 150 grain rounds.
