CZ75 mag question

Looking into getting either a 75B or 75 compact. I know the compact has a shorter grip so I"m guessing that compact mags wont fit the B. But do the B mags fit the compact? Of course I figure they'd stick out the bottom a bit.
Also does anyone have both and notice a difference in accuracy or feel? Which do you prefer and why?
THanks for any imput

Kinda... I have a P06 (same mags as the compact) and my 75B mags fit and function well for the most part. I've had a few times where the first round won't feed well but nothing a little tap on the rear of the slide won't fix. It seems to be a spring issue, either the mag spring in the 75B mags is too strong, or the recoil spring in the P06 is too weak to strip the round out of the mag without the force of the previous shot behind it.

And there is a gap of about .25" at the bottom of the grip.
