MKIII Trigger ????
If I install VQ trigger parts can I just install the Hammer and Sear or do I need to install the complete kit?

Just the hammer and sear is OK. Do you already have the kit. If not, you can use aMK II kit, ditch the mag disconector and end up with a smoother trigger. Do a search here to read about it.
