(Self defense) The plot thickens

Since Oct.1 a new neighbour has moved. I found he had a lot to do with my, and several other robberys, and break-ins. He also has been harrassing myself and others, to the point where I was the only tenant left on the same floor as him.
I had returned to my suite, but it was far too un-safe to remain there. He has kicked in the door so I had it re-inforced. He has tried to break it again, then informed me he has a master key. I also know he is a gang banger, and he told me if I involve the police, his "bros" would take care of me.
That was enough for me. I took my weapons, a picture of my late Father, and a duffle bag and left for a friends. Once there I called police, explained the situation, and also spoke to the land lord.
His PAROLE OFFICER intervened to the land lord etc. saying if he was evicted he would be homeless, and more likely to reoffend. Well folks I'm pretty close to offending when a parolee has more rights to a home than I do.
Better than that, I also was told I should not have taken any guns to store else-where unless I inform them of a change of address on the registation cert.
As long as he, and his gangster buddy on another floor live there I don't know my address is, or will be, as I am now crashed at my ex's, 'til I wear out my welcome then will stay ????. I have to give 1 months notice and come up with a damage deposit and 1mo.s rent before I can move. I also wonder if this con actually bothered to register his guns? Ain't it great to know our tax dollars feed and cloth these losers in the pen, then they get out go on welfare, and have more rights than we do? I'm sick of it!!

I highly recomend going to Wal-mart..Lowes..Home Depot (?)....the sell a camra that hooks to your tv/vcr for around $50. I started with that and now have a 4 camra system....3 in front 1 in back....and love it....crooks see the camras...keep walking...hit the record call the cops and make pop corn case its all over.

What the hell is going on? You, the innocent citizen, are being harassed by the local strong arm paroled bully. To hell with him. Your life is at stake. Keep your .45, etc loaded at all times behind closed doors.

As PAPA G wrote, your life has been put in jeopardy by his actions. Doglips security system sounds good to me but it's just a matter of time before this hoodlum finds a way to circumvent the door and come crashing in on you.

The landlord could become liable, too, because he's been informed and is responsible to provide security for his tenants. That wouldn't help you, though, if the ahole came barging in. You've got to be ready at all times because it's not a safe situation. Someone's going to get hurt in this deal the way it's going now.

Even moving away temporarily is not totally safe because the perp may decide to follow you and you're still faced with his crap. Then others could become involved, too.

I'd be leaning on LE to look for any way to lock this jerk up again before your life is endangered even more. In the meantime...continue keeping your backside covered and be ready with plenty of ammo.

Sorry to hear that taras, but it seems to me that this guy is asking for it.
I don't know how the laws work there but here if you shoot someone inside your house then you've all the law behind you, if you shoot him in the yard, then the law is against you.
Be prepared and if the guy enters your home then give him what he deserves, no questions asked.

You may try to move to other place but I don't know if that's an option.
I sincerely hope that you find a way to resolve this extreme situation without recurring to violence but if there's no other way then your life comes first.

Get a jar of fox pi$$ or deer scent (I hear the fox stuff is worse) Squirt it in his car vents or use a hyperdermic to squirt it in through the window seals; also squirt it in his house preferably in the air return or duct lines.

Secondly get a PO box so you never have to go back here again, move in with a friend and then begin to completely harassing the guy. I would even get a couple of friends to help me rough him up some (ok alot) then have them lie about where you were. (do this by giving your friends your credit card or bank card and go to a crowded place ie a bar or something like that, maybe a gas station 2 hrs away while on a camping trip and have them use it.

Your alibi would be I was out with my friends at the time this happened; here are my reciepts and here are their names! Search the web there is alot of info on harassing people!

I'd really think seriously before this jerk caused me to cross the line between legal and illegal.

Do you want to let him cause you to do something that could put you behind bars wishing you'd handled the problem another way?

Another point...I believe Taras is living in an apartment complex from what was written. If so, it's possible that there's one common air duct heating/cooling system running through several rental units. You wouldn't want that odor to come back to you, too.(ha)

Nope, not allowed to protect yourself or property with a fire-arm up here. However I've heard the term drop piece used, hmmm.
Love the idea of some-one using my credit card for an alibi.
