I just recently bought a mossberg 500 tactical, and would like to find the muzzle brake that is on the new roadblocker to put on my gun. I have searched online an found nothing. I was hoping that some one here would have some ideas for me.
My wife just gave me a 500 with the 18 inch barrel and pistol grip for my birthday on June 7th. I was looking at pics of the Roadblocker and I saw that COOL muzzle brake and all I can say is, ......I want it,I want it,I want it! Do I need it??? No.... but I want it, I want it ,I want it!

The assembly is actually a whole new barrel. Heres a site that lists it. The first one is listed at "soon" for availability and is gonna charge 200 bucks...sheesh...
Thanks for the link and the heads up.I had a feeling that it wasnt going to be something that could just be added on... $200.00, thats gonna take some thinking. Well see, Im going to have to think real hard on this one, its not like I really need it... its just so cool looking!

i dont like that mossberg does that. i have a 500 tactical with the rollin thunder muzzle breakill trade you my barrle for yours if you want. its in goods shape-ive only shot about 10 rds of buckshot throught it,no slugs and, well ok ive shot a fair amount of birdshot, but still in good shape. let me know im in tempe
Once upon a time there was a thing called a polychoke. It could be had with our without the brake behind it. You adjust the choke by twisting the fitting on the muzzle. I have one without the brake on my Model 12 Riot. It works well and I don't need to carry tubes and a wrench to change choke - just twist. Lyman made their own version of it, maybe others.
You will need a gunsmith to install it, however.
