Advice?

Used SKS paratrooper, milled, matching #'s, 30rd mag, busted safety. $375. Bright bore, decent furniture.

Deal or no deal?

You selling or buying? If Buying, that should be a great price. Safeties are not hard to fix yourself.

Gotta go with DEAL the way things are going! SKS is easy to work on rifle, you should have no trouble fixing the safety yourself, you could even install a dual safety on it and upgrade it!

There are no decent prices now the ammo pictured is Bimetal jacteted the copper jacketed non magnetic is more explosive and expands verry good but is hard to find,I stocked up when it was going for $40.00 for 500rds but those days are gone also bought the Bimetal HP and 150gr.sp,wish they were copper but are copper steel jacteted.Nice rifle for the price I would have jumped at the deal.Hope the mag works ok ,some have feeding issues. Good luck with the ammo.

I wish the days of finding any SKS ammo that cheap was still around Dakoma!

In general wolf ammo is about the cheapest on the market, but can be dirty a gun, which is not a problem if you are consistent on cleanliness like most of us nuts that frequent this forum

RLRM777 thats a purdy lookin' SK, you done good!

Finally got a chance to shoot....Im very pleased.

Now, my 30 rd mag has a spike on the top that holds it to the receiver. I don't see any like it anywhere I look for extra mags.

Another question....should the AWB go into effect again, could I attach a standard SKS 10 rd fixed mag to it to make it legal?
