Puma 92 .357

I just found and Joined today. Salud all. Three weeks ago I visited my local firearms dealer and while browsing picked up a Puma92 .38/.357 SS. Don't know for the life of me what he coated the rifle with but its stuck to my hand so I had to leave with it in tow. Just shot it for the first time yesterday using .38 Specials. Smooth as warm butter and an excellent offhand grouping. Need to take some time and load some .357mag as soon as brass arrives. I had to laugh as my cousin was with me and after his first shot with the 92 he said " This has less recoil than my .22."

I hear they are good
rifles. They make'em
in several calibers.
Some of'em are mean
calibers. Some wild boar
hunters like'm.

I believe I did ok on this one. I paid $389 and it looks like new. The new ones from Italy don't come in SS but if they did would probably be around $900 +/-.

I thought they were still being made by Rossi but Legacy Sports says they're getting a new supplier, doesn't say who. They also say they still have the Rossi's in stock.

Just found the Legacy site and price on the new Puma 92 .38/.357mag. It only comes in blued at this time. $959.00. Stainless would probably be around $100.00 more
