Arkansas Game and Fish Commission website Arkansas wildlife ? Arkansas outdoors ? Arkansas Game and Fish Commission would be a good place to check for public lands/hunting season information. Might check there first.

I believe that there is no season on feral hogs. They're considered a nuscence and your allowed to drop them on the spot.

On public land you can only hunt hogs with a weapon that is allowed for the game season that's open. That means, when squirrel season opens up in Sept, you'd basically be limited to a .22
I don't think that a 12 gauge w/ buckshot or slugs would work either, cause the game warden could easily say that you're trying for deer.
