Anyone going to the gunshow this weekend at the Tropicana hotel? I will more than likely goto it on Saturday and look around for a few parts for my Enfield. Maybe pick up some ammo if it isn't outrageous.
Afraid not, still recovering our cashflow from my wife's layoff. It's improving though, so in maybe 2 more months we'll be good again.
Sorry about the past weekend, but I caught what she had and didn't know it until I'd already worked out for almost 2 hours late evening before the weekend and wondered why my muscles were all aching more than usual.
Pushing like that was a mistake. Flu hit me like a sack of wet cement that night. Was down for almost the whole next week. Went to work and they pretty much told me to go home before I killed them all. Just recovered this past Friday evening.
Hmm...how are the shows on accessories, though? We still to get her that adjustable sight.
Well this one was located at the tropicana hotel and to sum it up in one word I would say dissapointing. They had plenty of ammo if you were willing to pay the prices. I witnessed a guy lay down $2,000 for .223, 7.62X39, and 9mm. He made several trips with a little suitecase hand cart to load it into his car. There were a few vendors there that had a few accessories but not as many as there are at the gun show at the Cashmen Center.
I will wait until October when it's held at the Cashmen center before I goto another gun show. That is unless I am out of town and see one.
Sorry to hear about your illness and glad you are doing better. I had a touch of the flu or food poisioning the other day and was pretty missreable to say the least.
