Question Wich gun to buy?

Didn't know really where to put this one cause I have guns of all kinds on the list but here it goes. I've listed the gun, caliber, and links to all of them, along with my intended purpose I have for them.

Bushmaster Camo Varminter .223 Rem. : Varmint hunting
H&R Ultra Rifles

H&R Ultra Varmint .204 Ruger : Varmint hunting
H&R Ultra Rifles

Henry lever action .22 : Squirel hunting, plinking, varmint hunting
Henry Repeating Arms Rifles

Ruger New Model Blackhawk Hunter .22 LR : Squirel hunting, snakes, and plinking
Ruger New Model Super Single-Six®*Single Action*Revolver (KNR-7H) Overview

Ruger LCP .380 Auto : CC, home defense
Ruger LCP™: .380 Auto*Centerfire Autoloading*Pistol (LCP) Overview

Franchi 720 Raptor 20 Guage : Rabbit hunting, trap/skeet shooting
Franchi Competition Guns: Franchi 720 Competition

To give you a little back ground as to what guns I already have: Ruger M77 MarkII .270, Browning BLR .243, CVA Accura .50 cal., Benelli Nova 12 guage, Remington 870 Camo youth 20 guage, Dan Wesson Bobtail Classic .45 ACP.
I hunt deer, turkey, rabbit, squirrel, and a little coyote and crow. As you can tell I don't really need any of these guns its just a matter of want and what the government is going to do in the future. I would like to get as many if not all these guns and more before they do.

I can't help you with "which", but I can tell you this: You NEED those guns mister. You WON'T joke about those guns in private places. You have the PRIVELEGE of owning those guns. You CAN handle those guns. Now you just git on down to that gunstore little mister and get THOSE guns.

Outside of the .380 which has never impressed me

I would say go and get all the guns you can in the widest variety of calibers possible.

You can never have too many options when something comes up.

I don't think you can get the Bushmaster anymore, although it is a very nice rifle. About a week ago they narrowed their production line to only 4 models because of increased demand. If you don't have a SA 223 yet though I would most definitely get one.

Wonder what 4 they are still makeing? I'm in debate between the Predator and the Varminter I don't really care as long as its Camo. Heck I'm even tossing around the idea of the Remington R-15. What ever I find first and is cheaper on the wallet! Nathangdad, I'm not big on the .380 myself but I'm looking for a large caliber semi-auto pocket pistol, And the Ruger has caught my eye and I haven't heard a bad review yet. Thats why its on the list. And sorry I miss labeled the Ruger .22. It is actualy a New Model Single Six Hunter.

Darn Lefty, You beat me to it. Personally, I would go for the Ultra Varmint. But that's only because I've wanted one for a long time and haven't bought one yet. And don't forget about the Barrel Accessory Program.

Didn't know about that thanks man!

I'm going to the gun shop today. If I don't find an AR, I'll probably come home with the Ruger .22 and the Henry. I figure I can afford both at the same time, I'll use those two more than any of the other guns. And nothing wrong with shooting the same ammo in your pistol and your rifle. I already have a scope for the Henry. So all I'll need is mounts. Plan on putting a red dot on the Ruger.

Have a friend going with me who is looking for a double action .357 of somekind. His funds are limited. So do you guys have any sugestions for a low cost .357. He wants a 4-6" bbl.

Well I went and made a wasted trip I guess you could say. The only gun they had on the entire list was the Henry. But I plan to buy it at Wally world cause I get 10% off. I asked about the Ruger .22 They said they didn't have one and probably couldn't get it, or else they would have one now. Said they were getting anything and everything they could. The place was so packed I couldn't hardly move. This is one of the largest if not the largest gun dealer in the state of KY. So if they are haveing problems getting guns you know their is a problem.
Oh and I almost forgot they had a Remington R-15 in .223 I wasn't impressed, extreamly nose heavy, and over priced by my terms. wanted 999$ for it. The MSRP is only 1200 I think. I think they are takeing advantage of the supply and demand right now, might en=ven call it price gouging!

I would go with all of the above except the H&R in 204. great caliber but i have not had many good expirences with accuracy with break action rifles. the design works fine for black powder guns or shotguns but for tack driving accuracy they have left me disappointed. maybe i just got a couple bad ones, I don't know, but from now on if i want accuracy from a caliber i go with the bolt guns.

Whittaker Guns Its just outside of Owensborow in a little town called West Louisville. Here's a link: Whittaker Guns

I would highly recomend going during the week if possible. Mornings are usualy packed no matter what day of the week. 12:00-2:00 would probably be a good bet. They have everything from Deringers to BMG .50 cals. to Kimber garanteed accurate custom rifles. New and used. And the best place in the country to find hard to find ammo. They aren'ty the best on ammo prices but they are decent on gun prices.

My neighbor baught a Bushmaster flat top carbine a few weeks ago. He was shooting it yesterday so I went and checked it out. He let me shoot it a few rounds. Big mistake, now I really got the fever! I was really surprised, no kick, very light, and pretty accurate for peep sights that I wasn't used to. I was a little hesitant cause I shoot left handed and of course the gun ejects right toward me, but I didn't get hit.

I'd start with the Bushmaster before Pelosi gets horrible gun legislation passed.

After that, the Henry, then the rest.

The only holdout would be the .204, it's not a caliber that will likely make the cut over the next few years if they slam a heavy tax on ammo. Look for anything that's not at the top of the pack for what it does to go poof.
