Question Saiga .308 mags

this may be an previous thread, but I visit rarely. I own several AKs and just got a NIB Saiga .308 with an 8 rd. magazine, can anyone out there clarify the deal with hi-capacity mags and the .308 Saiga?? can you use them without some alterations? thanks.

You will need to make a few parts changes. you cannot have more than 10 forign made parts. the mag will count as 3 us made so your on your way. here is a link for the conversion check list.
