Question Who Do You trust ?

I try to keep up with current events so I can get a idea when all hell's gonna break out. A.K.A. wtshtf. I belive knowledge is THE key factor in survival. With all the media on TV , magazines, radio, P/C , ect. Who do you trust to be most reliable source of truethful infomation when it all boils down.

Actually, I have a lot more interest

in The Moscow Times than I do most American media.
Pravda is a bit edgy but it does report major arms transactions as well as
new weapons in Russia's arsenal.

I never thought I would spend more time on the internet with these two newspapers than any American newspaper.

Info wars.com, RBN .com, Cryptogon.com are some truthful websites. The corporate media lies.

Why anything and everything Washington feeds us via the apolitical media, of course. After all, our elected officials are there strictly for us, their constituents. Therefore whatever they say must be for our own good. No?

Riiiiiggghhhttt.

I read and listen to as many different POV's as possible, BS filters engaged, and trust myself to come up with a reasonable conclussion and act accordingly.

Despite what the media would have you believe, not every situation affects everyone the same. Case in point: The media would have us believe that the economy is about to do everyone in. It has had an effect on some people, actually ruined some lives. But that doesn't apply to everyone...myself included. Sure, we tighten up a bit but we carry on and keep things rolling...the media and government spinmeisters be damned.

The wolf knows that if you frighten and confuse the sheep they become easy prey.
The government knows this too. And use it as an excuse for more rules and regulations. More contro

Reject it. Reject the doom and gloom. Move. Act. Carry on. DO something. Beat them at their own game.

So, who do I trust? Myself.
Think. Trust yourself. And act. Action gets you where you need to be.
Action keeps you from becoming a sheep, a government dependant.

I learned long ago that there is no such thing as objective information anywhere. No matter what you read, watch, or hear, the source has a bias they cannot avoid and generally do not wish to avoid. That said, I stopped reading newspapers and news magazines years ago because they were so biased it made me want to puke.

With my lifestyle I cannot avoid seeing the news on the TV, hearing it on the radio, or reading it on the Internet. I absorb the information and have learned to look for the bias. The Internet is a great source for getting a ton of information on one subject from sources with a variety of biases. Once I feel I've got several different perspectives, I can make up my own mind at which point it becomes part of my own personal bias.

According to the Soviet media and the extreme right wing in our own country, the USA will crumble in the near future. Strange bedfellows indeed.

Do you know who owns the majority of the US debt that is in foreign hands? China. They have basically invested a sizeable portion of their financial resources in our government and have zero interest in seeing us crumble. Once again, strange bedfellows.

A variety of sources give the most complete picture. In addition to corporate and public media, I also listen to shortwave. FWIW, we have been through a lot worse without a collapse of society.

If I find it on a website with diet, dating, and natural male enhancement banner ads, i generally consider it to be top notch well sourced info, and trust it blindly without checking any facts.

but most of my wisdom comes from modest mouse.

Everything that keeps me together is falling apart
I've got this thing that I consider my only art of f&$$ing people over.

My boss just quit the job
says he's goin out to find blind spots and he'll do it.

The 3rd planet is sure that they're being watched
by an eye in the sky that can't be stopped.
When you get to the promise land
your gonna shake that eyes hand.

Your heart felt good
it was drippin' pitch and made of wood.
And your hands and knees
felt cold and wet on the grass to me.

Well, outside naked, shiverin' looking blue, from the cold
sunlight that's reflected off the moon.
Baby cum angels fly around you
reminding you we used to be three and not just two.
And that's how the world began.
And that's how the world will end.

Well, a 3rd had just been made and we were swimming in the
water
didn't know then was it a son was it a daughter.
When it occurred to me that the animals are swimming
around in the water in the oceans in our bodies
and another had been found another ocean on the planet
given that our blood is just like the Atlantic.

And how.

Well, the universe is shaped exactly like the earth
if you go straight long enough you'll end up where you were.
And the universe is shaped exactly like the earth
if you go straight long enough you'll end up where you were.
The universe is shaped exactly like the earth.

Your heart felt good
it was drippin' pitch and made of wood.
And your hands and knees
felt cold and wet on the grass to me.
