I know it may seem kinda weird for this site but I will give it a shot. I am going to be coming home from being stationed overseas and looking to buy a truck. I live in the Ottawa/Pomona area and would like a vehicle within the area. I am looking for an extended cab Chevy or Gmc full size. Must be v8 and 4x4 also in good mechanical condition. I plan on driving this to my new duty station which is going to be in Ft.Drum NY so no clunkers or basket cases. Looking to spend around 6k and I prefer 94+ years 96-98 being the best. I know when I was home last summer I saw alot of trucks like this forsale just around. Maybe yall have something in your area worth checking out. Any how I know it is a long shot but figured I would try. also open to 72 and older 4x4s

sometimes you can find some decent deals on stuff here, and you can figure the maintnance has been done pretty regular like.
i know ours are on a strict "severe duty" schedule even if they aren't used that hard
As for a truck, they are out there. Just a warning, if you use Craigslist, be careful. There, as you know, are lots of weirdos out there and it seems, more then a few find their way onto Craigslist.
