Steel, I have heard that the eagle mags just don't measure up and if you do decide to buy some to find out get some from cabelas or other that offer the same they have a money back system. I also read on places like cheaper than dirt and other sites that you can read people assesments of the products, the one's I have read have not been good...I would google eagle mags and you'll get many fourm sites stating just the same. I guess it would depend are they for self protection? If so I would not skimp on quality mags or good ammo... good luck.
They are a hit or miss mag, work in some rifles not in others. If you want a high capacity mag get a TI. They are they best by far. They are adjustable, well work with any mag well. Steel lips work pretty good.

I've heard Eagle mags are junk? Just get yourself some Butler Creek mags. Just one example of where to get them. Personally never heard of this place, but prices seem reasonable to me?
One of my brothers has an Eagle mag for his 10/22 and his jams up very often. Back when my 10/22 was completely original, mine would fire the whole thing without a problem. I don't know if it'll still do that since I put a bullbarrel on it though. I wouldn't buy one just because it seems to be hit-or-miss as to them working or not.

I agree it's hit or miss with them. I have a couple that work and I also have one that's full of ammo that I can't remove.
