Talking People from NC. where would you go camping?

Hey guys, Me and my brother have a tough decision to make on where to go camping. I'm in the 9th grade so my spring break is from april 1-3, (it's 2 days less because of snow days Anyway me. my brother and my cousin and grandpa are going camping to either the uwharrie national forest or hanging rock state park, these cost the same, both are great camping sites. So, if you had to choose where would you go? Thanks.

Smile Uwharrie

nc.hunter: Sir; Uwharrie is your closest; has lots and lots for outdoors.

carry your 'firearm' There is a place to shoot
carry your 'fishing poles' a river to fish
carry your 'hiking shoes' plenty to see
carry your 'camera' deer, turkey, coyote ++ with the beauty of nature ''snakes'' too

Go to the 'main' camping area; off hwy 109; 8-9 miles+- Camping on your right.

Go to the river for all camping needs;

Follow up with your adventure.

Well I know of a great place to camp just NW of Asheville. Hot Springs. Camp right on the river. The AT runs right through the town and there is a local hot springs natural hot tubs. Hike along the RR track over the river and follow it along the mountain till you come to a creek on your left. Follow the creek up stram till you come to the highway. Take a left on the highway and hike up the mountain and back down the mountain and you will end up back at the campground. You will want to visit the hot tubs after that hike which is about 8-10 miles.

MAKE RESERVATIONS as the camp is very busy on holidays and weekends.
