I'm in love!!

I shot a friends Browning BLR lightweight in .270 Winchester yesterday. Oh man it was a dream to shoot. I want one so bad but I shouldn't spend the money until I'm out of debt. This urge is going to be hard to fight. Having at least a girlfriend right now would help fight the urge. There's no one to stop me other than me. I'm in so much trouble with myself! lol Has anyone shot one? Has anyone heard of any reviews on this model?

Thanks AH but I lost that battle a long time ago. She is beautiful and a safe queen. I've yet to pull the trigger. I had 3 salesman at Bass Pro drooling over her as I was looking her over. They had to order it for me and I had it in hand in less than a week.

That's actually how I helped a buddy quit smoking in the desert. He agreed that any time I caught him smoking I got to punch him in the face! Punched him three times, knocked him out once (kid had a glass jaw). It worked great! After the third time he quit for good, or at least the rest of the deployment...

OP, just be glad you didn't get to shoot a BAR in 270! I did and it cost me a lot of money! Browning makes some very fine firearms!

I've got one in .243. I love it all except the trigger. It awful and a gunsmith told me their was little you can do for it. He weighed it at over 7 lb.'s but it still packs through the woods great, and kills the deer. And I got the best looking gun at deer camp.

I've never fondled a Browning I didn't actually like. But I sure have fondled several that I have absolutely loved!
