Unhappy Tallahassee Police Lose One Of Their Own.

Our local police department have lost their second officer, shot in the line of duty. I knew Dale Green in high school - he was a grade ahead of me. Another old classmate who works security here, told me of this shooting this morning. I grieve for Dale's family. He was a good guy, and a fine officer. We'll miss him.

You men still serving, please be careful. Dale wore a ballistic vest, but he still fell.

Angry Heres the scumbag! So much for rehabilitation!

Coy Evans, 32, has been charged with first degree murder of a police officer; two counts of armed robbery; armed burglary; kidnapping; possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. He had recently been released from prison!!!

Rehab works.....NOT!!!

Howdy Big Dog,

Didja catch the line, "who was recently released from the state prison system." Yup, let's let a few more out of jail!

Violent offenders, found guilty, should stay in prison!

Does Tennesee have the death penalty?

Sniper, I don't know about Tennessee, but here in Florida, we fry 'em right. Extra crispy. We have a small town atmosphere here in Tally-town, but a scumbag doing something like this makes us feel too much like a big city. Two officers lost in several years is still two too many for us. I'd gladly pull the switch on old Sparky for this bas****.
I almost bought a house close to where this occurred. It's become a bad section of town. And too close to my first elementary school.

Sometimes i really can't understand ones fate, why does it oftentimes have to be the good guys?? Well for sure I know that he is in a better and peaceful place than us.

With my solemn prayers for him and my sympathy for his family. May he rest in peace, amen.
