I think I know the answer to this question, but I will ask anyway. Is the service model of the XD9 rated for +P ammo? I just picked up 250 rounds of Speer Gold Dots +P for $114.

Yeah, the XD will shoot it fine, reliably, and accurately.
It's one of the better polymer handguns on the market, even though it sucks. Ask Gary.

Just to clear up my sarcasm (I hate to give out false information), the XD is an amazing firearm.
I just like M&P's better, and like giving Gary a hard time when possible
