Dont worry about it. The guys at the shop I got this at said it is a very reliable gun. Also been reading on other forums and seems like there is a breakin period when alot of this stuff happens but after there should be no problems. I put 50 rds through it today and no problems. Very good shooter.

Finished the break in last weekend. Went to the range today and the only problem I had was with a mag that wouldnt seat all the way. Gun Shop? Range traded me a new one as this is where I bought the bad one. No problems after. Now just have to clean it and get it strapped on as I believe it just became my primary carry.

Both my Kimber 1911's are supremely reliable. I think the guys at your gun shop obviously don't own Kimbers.
