Just a quick story. We fired our CZ 513 for the first time last weekend. Afterward I realized the front sight was loose. Like finger-loose, scared to shoot it for fear the sight would fly off. It's brand new.
I emailed the fine folks at CZ and asked if I could mail the front sight back to them in exchange for a replacement, and what proof of purchase they might need, etc. A guy emailed me back the same day and said they'd just ship one out, no need to send in the current one or any proof of purchase.
Now I'm just waiting a couple days for it to show up. Of course it would've been great if it was perfect out of the box, but it is encouraging to know that they didn't hesitate to make it right.
