Cheaper than Dirt has 308 inert belted ammo for the M60. It costs $30 for a 100 round belt. Could you pull these bullets and reload this brass with new primers and powder and use the bullets it came with? This would be low cost for 100 rounds of 308 brass and bullets.

This is actually a good way of selling off your unwanted berdan brass. Also usefull for getting rid of any FMJ heads you no longer use. I've sold off lots of these "ammo belts" made up of berdan cases and all sorts of odd calibre FMJ's (.308/.311/.312./.323). You will never know what you are buying.
Keep them for display only; if you want reloading ammo buy from a reputable source!
What an idea. I keep all my 308 fmj in M-60 belts to keep them together. Just to think what I could have done with that left over unusable brass I threw away. Do the same with my 06.
