Survival Seed Bank

Survival Seeds - The Survival Seed Bank Provides A Lifetime Food Solution For Families.

listening to Glenn Beck on the radio, when this company ran a commercial. at first i thought it was a parody but the phone number and web address sounded real so i looked them up.

what do you all think of their product.

I think I'd just go to the hardware store or nursery and buy the seeds I wanted about 10 times cheaper. If I wanted to vacuum seal them I would do it with a seal-a-meal or something similar.

papa.....i just think their are cheaper ways of doin it yourself. i've used okra seed i've had in my freezer from 3-5 years back. i grew a tomato plant from seeds from a waffle house sandwich. point is.....a seed on its own will last at least 1 year....in the freezer....several. if it comes to longer term survival then a year i'd expect many ( me included) to be explaining to our God why i couldn't keep my hands off my 16 yo girl friend in high schoool

If anyone is unable to find quality heirloom seeds locally,...

...here's an affordable mail order source:

Garden Seeds

There are two different packagings being offered by different sellers, one is 1.4 lb and the other is 2.3 lb. Walton Feed offers the 2.3 lb one, for the best deal.

My wife and I have purchased from Walton Feed for a few years and their customer service and product quality are superb.

Yes...

...the more things get turned up side down in our world the more I'm seeing, hearing and reading advertisements for various survival products and services.

Just a couple of weekends ago there was a large preparedness fair in our local area...

...and a wide spectrum of preparedness (survival) vendors had their wares on display.

The Ark Institute is a good source as well as Home Page Big john will buy back your seeds. I was able to find organic seeds this year locally, the tomatoes are jumping out of the soil. The tomatoes I got at Lowe's had white fly, I'll go from seed in the future.
