~Did you note, if this problem happens on the same Chamber every time...???
~The .45 cal Chambers are Bigger than a 45 cal Barrel... So if you clean or burnish with a Bronze Brush, you would use a 50 cal Brush for chambers... Look in them Chamber Tubes, and you will see they are vary crudely Finished... Give the full length of the Tubes a Good Buzz Job to Burnish the Tube's ruffness down a little bit... Naturally the Correct Stainless chamber brush would do a Better job of burnishing... If you still have a problem with Jamming... It should go back to Taurus with a FULL Explanation of the Problem... They'll be looking into Cylinder Shimming, Trigger Timing Problems, and a look at them Tubes... It will be gone at least 2 months...<:-(( Cross your fingers that a Good Brush Job fixes it...!!!...<:-))
~You already know that for normal chamber cleaning of a Judge you "USE" .50 cal Bronze Brush, Stroked fore and aft Totally through the Chambers for normal Cleaning... A.45 cal Brush is just for the Barrel on a Judge revolver...
~NOTE: Your Gun may have missed Final Finish Operation on the Tubes at the Factory... This is a well documented Problem from Taurus...

~Forcing Cone to Cylinder Standard Factory GAP~
Taurus~ .006 to .008
S&W~ .004 to .006
