I took a Prayer for Judgement against reckless driving when I was 19 years old. I am now 25 and I was wondering if I can try to get my concealed carry permit will this hold me back. It says if you have a Prayer for judgement for a criminal charge (reckless driving is a criminal charge) then you cant. but it also says for violent criminal charges. I called the sherriffs office and they said that they didnt think it would matter but she hadnt had classes in a while so things may have changed. Can anyone help me out? Thanks!
