HR 2159

Rep Peter King has introduced a bill that would deny people on Napalitano list access to the ability to defend themselves.

Standard act from a rabidly anti-gun administration.

Keep the smilin' front man and let your anti-gun anti freedom minions do your bidding for you.

Maybe I'm mistaken, but isn't that how Hitler went after a specific group of people that did not agree with him to take their guns? Does anyone see parallels compared with today?
True Americans are under attack for what they believe in. Democracy has turned into a nightmare.

WashingtonWatch.com - H.R. 2159, The Denying Firearms and Explosives to Dangerous Terrorists Act of 2009

People might want to read it, too.

Those who sponsored this unconstitutional legislation and any who vote for it should have impeachment proceedings brought against them immediately. If our Congressmen won't rule by the Constitution after swearing an oath to uphold and support it then they should be impeached and if those that replace them do not uphold the Constitution they should be impeached or recalled immediately.

in my opinion, this law conflicts with "innocent until proven guilty", and not the second amendment (unless you are a hardcore "shall not be infrigned" pro-2a person). If the supreme court thinks in a similiar fashion, someone WILL be impeached. After all, you can't get away with violating that amendment (i honestly forgot which one...it was in 4-8)

just a FYI.

We are dealing with Oath Breakers, foreign spies, Domestic Enemies, with all the usual suspects. This is treason.
