I did the impossible

My wife and I took a little road trip from Akron to Mayfield Heights to get some computer parts. On the way up there, we stopped off at every Wal-Mart we could find searching for some Ammo...with success.

On the way home, we were heading down Rt. 8 through the construction mess. I had my fill and shot across Boston Mills Rd. to Olde Eight heading back to Akron. I stepped on it on Olde Eight and got busted by a Boston Heights Police Officer going 62 in a 35 zone.

When the officer pulled me over, I informed him that I have a CCW permit and thatI was armed. He thanked me for telling him and asked for my Drivers License. I told him that my gun was right next to my walled and that I was going to hand him my wallet and not touch my gun.

I got my wallet, handed it to him and he went back to his car.

He came back and gave me my license back, thanked me for being honest with him, and let me go.

For those that live in the NE Ohio are, Boston Heights has a reputation of handing out tickets for 1 MPH over the limit.

If this officer is here, thank you again. You have given me faith in the Police again.

If anyone here has a CCW permit and get pulled over, make sure you tell the police you have a permit and if you are armed. Make sure the officer knows what you are doing at all times, and be honest. You never know what he/she will end up doing.

We got 9's at the Macedonia Wal-Mart and .22LR's at the Mayfield Heights Wal-Mart.

Never had luck at Stow.

Best luck is Massillion Wal-Mart.

Are those stores running the 6 box limit like Wooster? I haven't found any lately, but am not desperately looking at this point in time, either. Besides, I have so much on my plate I don't get time to shoot.

Adam - did you get a transfer?

Yes, the 6 box limit is in effect. I got 12 boxes. 6 for my wife and 6 for me.

I agree with the 6 box limit since too many people were buying all they have and started selling them at gun shows.

I think the stores ran out cause of the fear of losng the guns and it took awhile to get more into the country. I know its not the conspiracy theory everyone wanted to expose but its more reasonable
