How is your holiday christmas shopping going?

How is it going? I just wanted to see how everyone is doing on their holiday christmas shopping...I know I barely have begun....

Thumbs up Maybe I'll get lucky.

What shopping? I haven't started Christmas shopping yet. It's way too early. The 24th is about right.

What I'm anticipating, though, is the strong possibility that my wife's buying me a gun of some sort for my B.D. which is on the 8th. Don't know this for sure but I've got strong suspicions that something's up.

I've been dropping strong hints that I needed more guns to put in my recently completed gun cabinet. My guess is that my gun loving son-in-law conspired with her on what gun I should have.(ha) Can't wait to find out if my hunch is right. I'm needing a new deer rifle with a scope.

meh if you wait awhile, say till December, then you know what they want right now. Do it too early and they might see something they like during november. But no last minute stuff, nothing good has come from that ever.

Well...I live within 10 minutes or less from plenty of shopping areas...when I'm ready. That'll probably be close to Christmas Eve.(ha)
What's wrong with buying last minute junk at a super discounted price?(ha)

Better than paying full price for the same junk three weeks ahead of time. I had half the 29th off, most of those day after thanksgiving sales are just hype, didn't really see any GOOD deals. Reminds me of something I heard my dad tell a car saleman once. The guy was telling Dad that he had it priced at book value and that was a pretty good deal. Dad replied "I can pay full price anywhere, I got to have a deal to buy it here".

AAAAAHHHHHH HATES WAL-MART!!!

read on another site about a Wal-Mart. had a toys for tots box in the store deal is buy the toy from grinch-mart, drop it in the box in the greedy-mart bag, with receipt. the lady is told to the box is full goes and gets it, box is empty!!!, sorry excuse is that none of the toys were bagged, and they assumed it was put there by shop lifters and went back on the shelves!!! including the three toys the lady put in to start things off!!!

so go ahead keep the Walton's among the worlds rich. buy their shody slave labor merchandise. and the imbeciles they hire at minimum wage!!!

Papa, the Denver Past and Rocky Mtn. Snooze newspapers have merged. They now do not accept any classified ads from private gun owners. Send 'em an email,I did.

7mmag6: You're one lucky stiff.(ha) What a great pre-Christmas gift. Guess you should think about reciprocating. Remember..."diamonds are a girls best friend". You might even want to shop before December 24th.
