Yea, prices are going up a little bit. I lucked out and bought one for $125 at a gun show. The stock was beat up a little, and I found out the handguard had cracked in half, and there was a nasty rusty and pitted spot on the barrel, but I reblued the last 6 inches of the barrel, and the stock will hold up just fine. The crack is right under the rear barrel band, so no problem there. It sure does shoot good.

The going rate is inching upward toward $300 for a good one. Allans Armory had one left when I looked yesterday. Gunbroker always has K31s listed but the prices vary a lot. I don't like the ones with the billboard markings of the importer on the receiver so that limits my choices. If that doesn't bother you take a look at the one Allans Armory had. They are priced right. If you can find a decent one for $220 buy it.

I paid $225 for a ftf purchase and thought I got a good deal. I've seen them recently online for upwards of $400.
