My choice for Crist replacement....

Bill McCullum,pro-gun when it wasn't popular.
We have some of the best weapons laws in the world right here in Florida.
Including the lack of some laws, like owning and carrying automatic knives.
We don't need Democrats in here mucking up everything we worked for(in regard to weapons laws.)

I'd vote for McCullum for Gov. I've voted for him in the past. I'm sure glad Gov. Crist vetoed the raid on the ccw funds. we have been pretty fortunate that we have some pretty bearable gun laws in Fl.

I'll vote Bill McCullum too. I've been disappointed in Charley as Governor. He was better as Education Commisioner, but he got ambitious.

All it takes is one ultra-liberal govenor to loose all the good weapons laws we have in this wonderful state.

I read in our local paper that Corrine Brown is going to run against Crist for Senate. If you don't know much about her read up she is bad bad news. She is now one of our worthless Kongress people. Very Very racist, cannot put a full sentance together, when TS Fay came through last year she had the city of Jacksonville send public works empolyees to her house to put sand bags around it. I have met her on a few occasions and because I wasn't from her political party and didn't faint when we met she treated me like the scum on the bottom of her shoe. I voted for Crist as Gov. and haven't been very thrilled with him, but he is a whole ballfield better than her. Mccullum is a good choice to replace him. There is also a retired Army LT.COL. from south Florida that seems very good. I can't remember his name but I will try to find it.

Crist was doing OK for a while, gonna get taxes down and did,but of course the gummint is laying of the most important workers to cause maximum damage.
He was trying to get insurance companies to quit rapeing us and started getting results when Bush came down, slapped him upside the head and got his mind right, now the insurance rape continues and growing.
I hope he will make a good senator,I imagine better than most, however only time will tell.

Hey Rave, I agree you guys in Florida have some really great gun laws. I was at the store today waiting for my scripts to get filled and picked up the current issue of American Handgunner. In it was an article written by Massad Ayoob from his interview with a 71yr.old marine. His name was withheld at his request as he has never wanted any publicity from this.

But he had to defend himself while at a Subway one night at 11:00pm. If you haven't heard about it, long story short, he shot one dead and wounded the other and he was found outside behind a bank about 300yds. away after they robbed him and the Subway then ordered him and the manager into the restroom where he felt they planned to shoot any potential witnesses.

Anyhow, great story and I think all states should have as good a gun laws as Florida and a few other states...
