ive purchased a K98 from JG with out a problem. only complaint was that part of the bolt handle was sticking out of the box, but other than that its the only scratch on the rifle.

I have'nt heard of any problems with them but I'm sure it goes both ways.

It sounds like they took a long time to ship your gun though...A.H

As far as I know, all the big time C&R dealers are going through long shipping times right now. All because you know who got elected.

Never had a problem with J&G thus far.

I am a bit bummed they're out of pistol ammo, though.

Yeah? Try finding small rifle primers anywhere.

Cool

My 29 ex-dragoon hex izzy was hand select so it took a few weeks longer, but it's in great shape.

I'm out, and I just shot about 300 rounds of .223 and 50 rounds of .454 Casull that need them.

No problems with J&G. Like everybody, everything is slow. I have purchased 4 rifles from them with no issues.

I just got a CETME from them, and it took about two weeks to get it.They were really good to deal with, and there guns are top notch. They are the only ones that had a bayonet for my K31 Swiss for a decent price.
I complimented them on their service, and thanked them for not jumping on the price gouging band wagon like everybody else. They were grateful to here some praise, and sincerely thanked me for my business.
I find that the best way to deal with most of the gun and ammo distributors is with kindness and patience. It's not there fault that things have gone nuts,so give them a break and try a little kindness when you deal with them,it will go a long way.

The only place that I consider a lost cause is SAMCO.I think they should just close up and go back to Cuba and get out of the gun business all together.
But hey,That's just my opinion,do with it what you will.

HAven't bought a Mosin from them, but I did buy a FEG pistol from them last year. They shipped to my FFL promptly with no trouble. No complaints, and if you have a question they do answer emails promptly.

Not to derail about the vendor in question, but...AIM has a note on their website that says "Due to heavy volume......we are now processing orders received on xx yyy,

I have ordered two items from them, both with processing delays, but processing was right on with the date the web sight states. I will note the delay is much shorter, today, than it was two months ago.

Are you talking about SAMCO or J&G?

It is, but they are so huge they use small rifle primers for good ignition.

Not my idea, but it sure is a wrist punisher when they go.
