Theres a gun show at the state fairgrounds June 13&14 in Columbia, SC.

Did you go? I've never been to one.But there were a couple nice guns in the trader today. A Remington 700 Classic in 35 Whelen for $550, a Savage 219 22 Hornet for $350 or trade, a Savage 99EG in300 Sav. with Luep. rings & bases and RCBS dies for $625 and my favorite a Remington 510 for $165. I'm calling him tomorrow.

Well that post was actually from last year lol. But I did go to the one at the fairgrounds a few weeks ago. I know there is another one at the jamil temple sometime this month also which I'll probably go to. And the trader is a great place to find a deal

I did miss the post date didn't I? I still haven't made it to a gunshow yet but have been wanting to go. What have you been seeing at them outside of the milsurps( eg hunting rifles, rimfires and handguns)?

Well I'm mostly into milsurps but there is always a good selection of hunting rifles. I seem to notice a lot of lever actions and of course tons of shotguns. There are also a lot of bolt actions and about every kind of handgun ever made. The next show is at the the Jamil Temple in Columbia July 24th & 25th.

Thanks for the info SS. I know one guy that is usually there as a seller that usually comes in the gunshop. I will probably make this show on the 25th if I can make it.
