Beautiful collection. You may want to post it at CZ Forum - Index as well, those guys know a ton about CZ's and some of the factory guys hang out there too.

I was going to ask if there was a Czech firearm you DON'T own, but someone pointed out that there was no VZ-82 pistol. I have one of those!
There, I feel better.
All kidding aside, wonderful collection. Mine consists of exactly two pieces: the above-mentioned 82 pistol and a 452 Trainer rifle. I love them both.

Wow, I am blown away, that is an amazing collection, you can never have too many Hornets or Triple-Deuces! And the 'Pav pistols'? Never heard of such a thing, you have given me something to google now.
Thank you so much for posting!
edit: Well, now that I think of it, you are the person to ask: Does the 452 Scout use the adjustable trigger of the 452, or the non-adjustable trigger of the 513?

Danz,
you are a man that i could talk to for hours it seems . As a collector here in the states i find it hard to find to many people that don't look at you like you just excaped the mental ward when you tell them you own in excess of 200 guns . The standard question is " why you can only shoot one at a time ." and i give them the jeep answer " if i have to explain it you would not understand . "
i also had to build a strong room underground i spent as much on it as i did the collection almost state of the art everything . Better luck robbing fort knox than that room . Did you use any scanners on your primary entry ? Man those buggers are high dollar .
Nice start on your collecton i must say . I say start because as you know that fire can't be put out you are always looking for the next one . Good day mate .

| Hi O I T P Glad to see that there are others out there that collect a few rifles together. I often see where people claim to have a collection of a certain make of rifles and show all 4 or 5 of them in a single photo, and it’s great that they are happy with what they have. For me it’s gone a little further and perhaps for you also. I’d love to talk to you also to find out where your interests lie. Feel free to PM me and we can swap emails. To your comments about the value being quite high, have a think about this. There are a couple of 452 CZ’s there that would sell around 350 to 450 in the USA. Here in NZ they sell for around 850 to 1100. They start to add up when you look at some of the rarer ones. I have several that are limited production runs and others that are quite uncommon, even some transition models. I heard once from one of your country men that the engraved 611’s were about 6 to 10 times the price of the standard models and here in NZ a recent auctioned suggested prices of around 4500 for the subs. As to peoples comments about only being able to use one gun at a time, yes that’s true but you can carry a lot more than that to the range or back paddock and shoot one after the other. When I was shooting professionally, I always carried two completely different ones where others only carried one. My kill rates were always far higher as well. Guess the choice suited me anyway. And as to those that can see nothing but a pointless exercise in collecting rifles… I once heard that there were people that collected stamps, used ones at that….. who would have thought???????? |

Amazing collection and pics there. It must have taken a while for you to post all of those pictures. Worth it though. I am not really in to Czech firearms but I do own a CZ82, and I love it. Its a great well balanced pistol for sure. I didn't notice one in your collection?
