Oh geez. England's testing a handheld microwave system that cops can use to scan people for concealed weapons.
The sky isn't falling, but it's amazing to me that the simple development of this kind of tool/technology will put us regular citizens on defense for our rights...kinda make Terry v Ohio look tame. Then again, I'm sure it'll be employed with respect and integrity. After all, look at the last toy the cops got (tasers)...never have issues with those.
I know this is in England now. You can bet it'll be exported if it works well..
Just give us all implanted chips, so when we reach the point of no longer being good productive serfs, it flashes, and the cops pick us up for the trip to Carousel.......

we don't need implants....we need those timer thingy things that you put in a turkey to tell when its done( my wife is a crappy cook so i know what i'm talkin about).
you just shoot us with microwaves and when the implant pops up you sell that person to a piggly wiggly as the "other white meat".
