At this point in time, I have a count of 23. That ought to make a good get together.

Thrillbilly...I've shot several times at White Ranch. There's a MO Con range at Summersville that has a 25 yd pistol range. 50 - 100 - 300 yard rifle ranges. Some friends and I shoot there about once a week.

I would not suggest putting any contact information on a public forum. This site comes up a lot in google searches because it has enough traffic. There are bots that are programmed to parse data like this form major forums so they can spam you.

Just a small piece of advice, I would recommend you not put any contact info like that. Put it in your profile maybe and allow emails form the site because that actually requires interaction, which is something a program can't do - yet.

I pm'd him and he said he beat feet over here to check in...AFTER he gets his nuputer in place.

If he has Hughes Net, that could be tonight or a week from tonight.

Oh yeah! It's bad.

Centurytel says we're too far from their box to get service. The Box? You know the Box...That little square gray thing that holds the mystical power of the internet...the BOX!
I said, did you ever hear of a booster amplifier. You know the Booster...the little booster box you put on your box that makes me not so far from your box so I can put a box on my house to get hi-speed internet service...a Booster Box!
They hung up on me and I had to go with Hughes Satellite...woe is me.
It's slow and slower.

Dave

Gentlemen - Sorry for the delay. I had a computer explode on me. Haa

Thanks for the pm heads up Old Jar. The G&G people ask me to move to Gladstone to keep an eye on Oxford. So here I am. However, he remains a moving target and I have trouble keeping track of him.
Good to see the "Show Me" membership growing. We need a get together one day.
JTuck - You said you are from NE Mo. Where? I was born in Kirksville, and have relatives around Edina/Hurdland area where I have done most of my hunting. (Beeg Deer)

Living in Misery

Tom, I'm over at the Antioch Public Library now...only three blocks west of your computer. Come on over and join me on one of these fast machines.

Joe - Didn't get your request in time buddy. I now have a "new" fast machine. i7 920 quad core 2.66 processor, 12 gig of RAM (was on sale), and 1.2 TB of Disc space. I am smokin with the big boys. Will be great for photoshop. I think if I run this thing at full speed, it will go sooo fast, that I will actually start getting younger. bwahaha. my own time machine.
If you got time, I will buy you a cup next week.
