Has anyone else been sharpening their zombie-hunting skills on the PS3 ?
There have to be a few Call of Duty: World at war zombie killers on these boards !

I play Call of Duty. CoD2 is where my kids learned to identify Milsurps.
In the past 2 weeks I have watched 3 Zombie or Mutant movies on SI-FI and I go to bed now shooting these creatures with my Maverick 88 18.5" barreled Defence Shotgun !!!
In one of the movies the Zombies could run !!! I didn't like that at all !!! They ran in packs to.
They could run up on you in a Flash and get you if you were not 1 million percent ready for them.
The magazine of my shotgun only holds 5 rounds and 1 in the barrel. In this movie I would of been ate a live due to not being able to load quick enough.
I wished I hadn't of watched it...A.H
I wished I hadn't of watched any of the movies. LOL

I was big on the Zombie in COD:WaW, but it got old. I played it online with some friends via PC, and when you get through level 23-29 over and over again, heh, it just becomes redundant. That and at that point, we all knew what each of our job was, where we were going to be, and what weapon we were each using, without even asking, looking or whatever.
Anyhow, it is a great game, I think I just played the hell out of it.

Left4Dead was fun at first, but it is little more than an arcade game in the end. Weapons are too powerful, infinite ammo on pistols, and no real story line makes it get boring in a few hours, especially playing by yourself.
the new map packs have made it interesting again for a little while, there are people who never touch the single or multi player and only play the zombie maps.
Nazi Zombies is fun, but it can be outplayed. My friend has it(I can't afford a system that will play it) but doens't have internet capability for online yet, so we have to stay 2 player. That gets old quick, so we try not to overplay it. But I imagine 4 players would be sweet!

*edit*
And I choose to read as my Zombie Practice .
L4D has an updated mode of game play called survival. Where you don't get infinite ammo, you get tired when you do melee swings and the zombies are more relentless.
Try it out, it is super hard. L4D 2 will probably be out end of this year early next year and it looks cool as well. Too bad they aren't continuing the first one and this will be all new characters and all new levels. I really like being Luis, and I have mapped the voice command of him saying "Ohhh Noooooo!" and I love to hit it over and over again hahaha and I laugh every time. Sounds like that little clay guy bill or whatever or Mr Bill that always gets smashed up.
There was suppose to be a zombie game that George Romero was working with American McGee on. If you don't know who either of those people are, Romero is kind of like the grand father of zombie flicks: Night of the living dead, day of the dead, dawn of the dead, so forth. American McGee is one of the original developers behind that game Doom and he also made that twisted video game called Alice, which was a dark tale of the story of Alice in Wonderland. It has not come out yet or got scrapped. With all the video game company buy outs over the past 10 years a lot of projects got shelved. Heck, it took fallout a decade to come out with the third installment because of legal rights battles and licensing.
I have COD4 but haven't bought WaW yet because it looked like a reskinned version of COD4. There are plenty of mods you can donwload and play on almost all PC games. So I can't really justify dropping $50 bucks for just a zombie mode of game play. Maybe when it gets really cheaper I will buy it. I also don't steal video games since I like to support what I am into. Sure, I do download some games but generally they are games I play for a day or two and then just uninstall. I generally buy the games I know I will play for a long time.
