Bonehead award one goes to a thief who stole two plastic bags containing 25 pounds of dog poop from a parked pickup truck that was clearly marked with the words “We scoop poop” on the sides of the truck, police said.
“I sure wish I could have been there when he opened the bags,” says the owner of the pet waste-removal company.

Bonehead award three, a “justice is blind but only because its got its head up its butt” bonehead award, goes to a Palm Beach County, Florida jury which found a gun distributor, the original gun owner and a school board responsible for the shooting death of a teacher by a student while failing to find the student who stole the gun and the bullets and who pulled the trigger, killing the teacher, at all responsible for the murder.

A Philadelphia Proud To Have Set New Record In How Quickly Two Police Cars Arrived At The Scene of a Car Accident
Bonehead award four goes to two Philadelphia, Pennsylvania police officers who, responding to a call to assist an officer, collided with each other sending one of the cars into a hydrant and finally resting in a vacuum cleaner store.
The officers were all treated and released from, ironically, the Einstein Medical Center.
The Keystone cops are considering a lawsuit.
