Areas in OH for Skeet Shooting??

I've been looking to get into skeet shooting, and was wondering where a suitable place to go would be? Either clubs or public areas where this is allowed? Any information will be appreciated. Thanks.

Black Wing Shooting Center is due west of DELAWARE, OH, not Dayton.

Great facility.

Dave, do they do skeet at the Centerburg Conservation Club?
I'm not much of a shotgunner, but there was also a range that opened in the big campground @ the intersection of I-71 and S.R. 61 just southeast of Marengo (central OH.) Think Fishburn bought all that land and they hold a big shoot at least once a year...

Middletown Sportsman's Club has Skeet,Trap and Sporting Clays and you don't have to be a member to shoot there. You have to be a member to shoot on the pistol or rifles range.

You are correct on both counts! I'm a member of the Centerburg club but mainly use the rifle and pistol ranges. They have a great youth trap and skeet program that has produced some champions.

The other skeet range you referred to is a huge operation and a little intimidating to a poor passing wing shot like me.

Thanks for the info. Friend of mine told me about a hand trap range out at Killbuck Marsh. Anyone ever been there?
