I am trying to connect the dots here....
So, let me get this straight. A state representative that you know perosnally, told you that swine flu was developed in the USA and then deployed into Mexico as a test? HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHHAHA
OK, sorry for that laugh but I had to do it.
As I recall the USA does not officially have a chemical warfare department. As I would have to assume if this were true no state representative would even be briefed on it. In fact, I even doubt anyone outside some small secret military staff would know, perhaps maybe the President but this type of stuff generally any President would say hell no you aren't testing any biological weapon out on any country. LET ALONE A COUNTRY THAT WE SHARE A BORDER WITH!
Come on man, use some common sense that guy was totally pulling your leg.

The US has some of the Best Chem /Bio research that goes on anywhere.
Ft. Dietrich , Maryland also happens to be the source for the Anthrax that was mailed to the Government some years ago....

What I am saying is that we don't have a chemical warfare department, or so that is what our government tells us. We don't develop chemical weapons to use in warfare. We just blow stuff up and shoot guns, no viruses or bacteria or anything else that we drop on our enemies.

I was simply tossing that out there to be satirical on the whole situation that some government official would tell a G&G member that we manufactured the swine flu.....

This would be biological, not chemical, warfare. And Ft. Dietrich is one of those places where they study it.

The US doesn't have a Bio/Chem Weapons facility just like they don't have Area 51. I'm sure its there, we just don't know about it. The government doesn't have to tell us everything and they don't for a reason.
