I have a Redhawk. Presuming the rings are similar, IF you torque the screws holding the rings to the gun the same each time you reinstall them, WITHOUT removing the rings from the scope, it should be close enough to put you on the paper when you put it back on. You will, of course, check your zero, won't you?
I had some QD mounts on a Winchester 88 carbine once, operated with a lever on each ring. They allowed easy removal and replacement, but the point of impact was likely to be off a bit at 100 yards. Not always, but always check your zero when taking the scope off and putting it back on. Get a FAT wrench to keep the torque the same and you should be close. You'll most likely be within "minute of Whitetail" of where it was before you took it off, at least out to 75 yards or so.
