Gone Fishing!

Just got back last week from several days of salmon fishing on Lake Michigan. We, my son and my uncle, landed 18 fish. 11 were salmon and 7 were rainbow trout. Biggest King salmon was 37", 20 lbs and one rainbow went 11lbs and 30". Weather was really nice, I got a tan, and the water was smooth. Sorry I miised some goings on around here but I wouldn't pass up even a bad fishing trip. Next trip wiil be for Minnesota perch in August, Iowa bow deer season starts in September, October is South Dakota antelope trip, November is Wisconsin deer season and the back to Iowa for December gun deer season. January is late gun deer season in Iowa and then Texas in February for wild boar/striped bass. I know you all wish you had a wife as understanding as mine. Hahaha(she hunts with me)

Looks like a great time! Glad to see you got some good fishing in and had a good time with family!

Nice looking catch. You must have had fun. Needless to say, more fun than the G&G family this week.
