1/2 cup sugar
1 cup Karo Syrup (no off brand or it will be runny)
3 egg whites
* Put sugar and Karo in a soup pan and bring to a rolling boil. Once boiling starts, time it for 2 minutes and pull it off the heat. Keep stirring while it's boiling.
* Beat egg whites in a separate large bowl until they make peaks.
* Pour in the hot Karo and sugar mixture and keep beating it with a hand mixer until it forms peaks.
You can use this for cake frosting, hot chocolate or anything else that requires marshmallow fluff.
