While the national debate about the right to bear arms most likely won't be resolved anytime soon, one thing is certain: Livingston County residents believe in exercising their Second Amendment rights.The county has issued 1,200 gun permits â?? both new and renewed â?? since January, which is nearly triple the 445 issued for the same time period last year.
