If that is the case, perhaps we should have the cities of Los Angeles, Seattle, New York, Corpus Christi, Denver, as well as others removed because man-made objects should not spoil the serenity of the area...they all have spoiled the serenity of the coastlines and mountains. All of those areas were public land and technically still are.
And then we have public parks, cemetaries that have public access, and not to mention little memorials along the highways where someone's child was killed.
It all starts with an obscure simple cross in the desert that has been standing in reverence remembrance of World War I dead for the past 80+ years because one s---head living in Oregon may be offended if he happens to drive near it and sees it.
When will this insanity stop?

Before anyone jumps down my throat, by Christian beliefs I mean our laws are based on Christian ideals, not Christian religion.
Actually, Judeo-Christian beliefs. And as a Jew as well as a veteran I feel it should stay. I am not offended by the cross; it is only a symbol the vets of WWI used because it was common at the time, a time when being PC was not so important. I wish it were so today.

This honestly makes me angry, VERY ANGRY! look, its one thing to just not like religion, but when you go OUT OF YOUR WAY to try to rid of it, then YOU got problems buddy! They disgrace those vets that fought for their freedoms so they could be here today whining about that cross! Its pathetic!!!

There was a day in America the Cross meant something and it does to me still.
I hope and pray the Cross get's to stay. For you Ignorant pieces of crap that wants it removed I hope someday you learn what it represents and your hearts and minds are changed.
And to those that wish to take away everything pertaining to God and Jesus Christ.
I would love to rid you of this Nation because you've contributed to it failing...A.H
