What twist rate in a H & K 630, 222Rem?

You can meisure it by running a tight wad/patch in and see how many inches it takes for a full turn.I would bet on 1in14". ,,,sam.

.222 Rem ?


The only HK 630 factory chambering is .223 Rem as far as I know.

Those that were shipped to the U.S.

630 have been manufactured in both 222 and 223.
My magazine is stamped "222 & 223.

Here is a link to a 630 magazine, sold on Egun in Germany, this is stamped 222 & 223.

Thanks for the info sure something new to me. HK 630 sport rifles not imported to U.S. for many years now. When they were imported my understanding you got .223 only.
