New Indoor Range

A new indoor range opened in Pocahontas, Illinois early in August. I rode over the other day and it is nice, really nice. All new, state of the art air handling and bullet traps, instruction available, "pro shop", guns to rent, guns and ammo to buy, and nice people to run it. Pocahontas is about 40 miles East of St. Louis on I70. Go for a drive and give it a look.

Here's a link to their website.

It is a really nice setup and it's just to the West of the motel, which is still theres. Small world, isn't it.

Isn't that where Gretchen Wilson (singer) is from?

Yep. When you get off the interstate and head into town turn right just past the "Home of Gretchen Wilson" sign.
