Ithaca model 600

Any of y'all know anything about the Ithaca model 600. I picked one up at a local gun show, silver finish, and appears to have 32" barrels on it, modified and full choke. It is tight and locks up well. Just wondered if anybody had any info on it, as Ithaca could not help at all.

Ithaca SKB 600

I have a model 680, which is an english or straight stock gun version of your model 600. I really love my shotgun and it fits me the best of any factory gun I have ever had. I use mine for bird hunting and also skeet league. My gun was imported by Ithaca from SKB, mine made in mid 70's. Mine is well used but still looks good and functions fine. I have imp/mod choked barrels, a little too tight for skeet and a little too open for pheasants but I still use it. Good shooting with your new Ithaca/SKB

Thanks guys. I've looked all over the net but still can't find a source to run the serial number down.
