"home made" machine gun ruling

Does anyone know anything about this? All I could find on it was old(2005). I live in Oregon which is part of the 9th circuit court so can I build a machine gun legally? or was this struck down by the supreme court? Anyone know.

It sucks, not that I have the expertise to build a machine gun. We do have medical marijuana here and so far the feds have not come after anyone for it yet.

I know of a feller who saw in a book years ago where you can take a short piece of clothes hangar wire to make an SKS fire full auto.
Would be nice knowing how to do that if a SHTF happened. But sadly a Big Foot ate him and the book so we'll never know...H.A

Pat , LOL
Marijuana was mentioned in the ruling from the Supreme court and Ninth circuit court Rulings...Due to the Interstate Commerce clause,
Or Both would be Unregulatable by the Government.
Yes , I have a printed copy of the whole 9th CC Case.

You can actually find plans on how to make any firearm FA out on the web. But for this forum you can legally build an FA from the ground up if you apply for a manufactures permit from the BATF. The rules state you cannot transfer the FA after you manufacture it. It cannot be sold. It can not be given away. It cannot be kept after your death. It MUST be destroyed.
I know someone who manufacured a B A R that way.
