well i shot the new 995ts today and it was nice the only problem is that sucker has some really bad cheek slappin . i'm gonna fix the stock with something just don't know what yet.

They are sweet little carbines.
Mine doesn't have a problem with cheek slap but the front site came loose after 100 rounds. Might want to make sure it's tight.

That is a good idea, as a matter of fact mine is completely taken apart for it's annual cleaning (nearly lost some parts as the recoil spring shot out unexpectedly). The pistol grip is kinda shakey, and doesn't always hold the magazine well anymore, any suggestions? Even the Hi-Points aren't immune to getting tossed off a four-wheeler occasionally.

Put a mag in, then wrap some duct tape around the grip really tight, 3-4 wraps should do it. Then check to make sure you can still remove the mag.

you can put a hogue grip on it for less than $10.00 or if you wanna go the tape route i would look in the electrical section at walmart or lowes and get some rubber tape and wrap the grip.i done this on my mossberg and that rubber has a good feel to it no slipping whatsoever.

or you could send it off so they can repair it for free gotta love them. this is how ALL gun companies customer service should be.

This was going to be my suggestion. 100% warranty is not much good if you don't use it.
Why fudge with repairs when you can sent it in and have them fix it right the first time.
