considering the variant that it is made to protect from won't kill you anyhow seems rather pointless. If it does mutate into something deadly the shot won't do diddly.

the way I understood the Swine flu is that it causes your immune system to reverse on itself, therefore those who have the strongest immune systems are at the greatest risk. So if you have a weaker immune system, you do less damage to yourself. I am not sure on this, but thats my understanding of it.

I probably won't get one, if it's any kind of hassle at all. Judging by the demographics of the people affected by today's swine flu, my generation seems to have been exposed to a form of flu close enough to it to give us some immunity.

yes on the flu shot...... i take care of my 86 year old mother, so i don't want to take a chance, even though it seems likely we both may have some immunity from previous flu seasons..... also, i am around small children alot, and that alone would increase the likelihood of exposure.........

Heard on Fox News earlier this evening that the vaccine will be available in October.

What scares me is that Obama sent out word today that no one will be forced to take the shot.

But they highly reccomend everyone should get them...Why do I smell a Rat ???

Why am I concearned and feel this is a means to capture our mind's and ability to resist.

Is it possible a drug can be created and over time make you a sheepel ???

Are "they" really trien to Dumb Down Americans ??? Who ever "they" are ???

I'm a grow man who really is'nt as dumb as I pretend to be here LOL Or am I ???

I don't want anything to do with that dam shot !!!! But I'm not ready to die yet because there's some things that need attending to.

To me times are Dark. Does anyone reading this understand what I mean by saying Dark ???
It's like I feel the presents of Evil unleashed in the world !!! I'm a Christian, I am saved and I'm looking very forward to going to Heaven but I can't help but wonder or I can't seem to discearn what is fact and what is fiction at the present pertaining to this Swine Flu and the Shot !!!

Common since says get the shot(s) a fear in me says NO !!!

Thats why I posted this Thread is to see what everyone else is going to do.

I am still weighing in on this one. It is strictly voluntary for me. Yet we care for the elderly, and have 5 grandchildren with daily contact with each. I am still reading !! And would love any extra link/reads from any of you !!

I just get the regular flu shot as I am exposed to sick people all year long. I do it so it lessens the severity of what I do catch.

Not happening. I've never had a flu shot of any kind and I've also never had the flu of any kind. I think the whole thing is hyped up far worse than it is. I have a friend who was "diagnosed" with it. She thought she had a sinus infection of some kind and it never got worse than that. I just don't see any logical reason to stick that kind of crap in my body unless it's a life and death situation. It obviously isn't.
