Here are the requirements to purchase from the CMP Eligibility Requirements the only thing extra you must do is enclose a copy of your FOID card because Illinois requires it for firearms ownership that most others don't have to do.I used my C&R for the marksmanship requirement and the GCA membership for the club requirement.I've bought several guns and ammo from them.This is one time Illinois and Dickie Daley have no say in the matter.The only state law they do follow is the high-cap magazine ban,they ship carbines with no magazines and will not ship carbine magazines(when they have them) to those states.
